The Production is Taking Shape

The actors and director have been busy getting ready, the set and sound designs are coming along nicely, and everything is looking good for a marvelous production of Collected Stories in September. Tickets are available online now, and will be on sale at Books & Company starting at the end of August.

Here is a look at our director, Fred Robinson, and actors Joan McBride and Melissa Paulson reviewing a scene.

A Play for 2022

Collected Stories comes to Mount Tabor in September!

We are please to announce plans to produce Collected Stories by Donald Margulies. The pandemic slowed us down, but it did not stop us, and we are excited with the result.

A wonderful, intimate character study of relationships and the shifting power dynamics between teacher and student, Collected Stories looks at how time, truth, and art change people. That teacher-student relationship is given palpable depth on stage by actors Joan McBride and Melissa Paulson who were themselves teacher and student years ago at John Abbott College’s Professional Theatre department.

While the pandemic is still worrying, we are looking forward to an autumn season without all the current restrictions. Keep watching for news as the production moves forward.
